Is That a Vegetable?

Who knew cauliflower could be so cool.

This is Romanesco Broccoli and sometimes called Broccoflower.  I put this in a dish with garlic, olive oil, a little salt and pepper and some other veggies (Broccoli, eggplant, mushroom, and zucchini but get creative).  Then bake it on 450 for about 20 minutes and serve with rice, pasta, or by itself.
